The Bachelor of Science in Digital Technology & Design program with a concentration in Cloud Computing & Cybersecurity offers students an in-depth understanding of the rapidly evolving field of digital technology and its application to cloud computing and cybersecurity.

Concentration Courses

Software architecture with a three-layer design and cloud-native software design. Architecting software with enhanced security standards.

Credit Hours: 3
Qualitative and quantitative methodologies for cybersecurity risk management. Principles of risk analysis and risk mitigation techniques for information security.

Solutions and enhancements for network and data security. Analysis of network security to learn to prevent unauthorized access to the system network and data assets.

Credit Hours: 3
Assessing the importance of access control, internet security, cloud infrastructure, and on-premises auditing. Data analytics and machine learning for improving cybersecurity.

Continuation of ISBA 2033 Programming Fundamentals. Uses language taught from the previous semester in ISBA 2033. Emphasis is on array processing, multiple document applications, database interactivity, and programmer-written functions and classes.

Credit Hours: 3
Mathematics in the context of human-centered design, including sets, algorithms, logic, probability, and statistics. Emphasis will be placed on exploring technologies that involve computational intelligence.

Admissions Requirement


10th, 11th, and 12th Grade Transcripts with a GPA of 2.3/4.0.


High School Certificate with a percentage no less than 77-79%.

Proof of English Proficiency (5.5 IELTS or 61 TOEFL).

Security / Cloud Associate Engineer

Responsible for designing and implementing security systems and processes to protect a company’s data and networks from cyber threats. This can include tasks such as configuring firewalls, setting up intrusion detection systems, and conducting vulnerability assessments.

Cybersecurity Architect or Analyst

Responsible for designing and implementing security systems and processes to protect a company’s data and networks from cyber threats. This can include tasks such as analyzing security risks, developing security solutions, and conducting security audits.

Systems Administrator

Responsible for maintaining and optimizing a company’s computer systems and networks. This can include tasks such as installing and configuring software and hardware, troubleshooting issues, and monitoring system performance.

Information Security Analyst

Responsible for identifying and mitigating potential security threats to a company’s data and networks. This can include tasks such as monitoring network traffic, conducting risk assessments, and developing security policies and procedures.
